Home Builders Association of Berks County holds annual Parade of Homes
The Home Builders Association of Berks County is celebrating its 51st year by once again hosting the Parade of Homes this September. Twenty beautiful houses have already been registered in the Parade of Homes and as the event draws near, more homes may be entered. The Parade of Homes will be kicked off with a Gala Celebration on Friday, September 19, 2008. The Gala affords the Association the opportunity to honor the Parade builders as well as to recognize the Parade corporate sponsors.
The Home Builders Association extends special thanks to Fulton Bank and The Reading Eagle Company, the major corporate sponsors for this premier consumer event. Without the generous support of all Parade Sponsors, there would be no Parade.
Parade homes will be open for viewing from September 20 – 28, 2008, daily from 5 – 7pm. REALTORS® are encouraged to tour these gorgeous homes – with or without their home-buying clients.
To provide more interaction among REALTORS® and the Berks County Home Builder Association, Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS® is announcing several new promotions during this year’s Parade of Homes.
As an incentive, any REALTOR® who enters their builder’s home will be given a one page credit in Buyers Real Estate Weekly to use at their discretion from September through December, 2008. The Weekly will also be advertising the Parade of Homes on its cover and in a special section inside the paper as well.
Another feature will be a contest for a prize giveaway for REALTORS®. Entry forms may be found at each Parade Home and REALTORS® may enter at each house. The more Homes you visit – the more chances you will have to enter! These fabulous prizes (to be determined) will be awarded at a cocktail party to tentatively be held Monday, September 29 at one of the Parade Homes.
