Become a Director
Each year the Nominating Committee of the Reading Berks Association of REALTORS®, Inc. reaches out to members with an interest in applying for a Director position to the Board of Directors of the Reading Berks Association of REALTORS®, Inc.
A REALTOR® Director’s term of office is three (3) years. He/She is expected to attend all monthly meetings of the Directors, currently scheduled for the third Thursday of the month at 9:00 am at the Association offcie. Directors are expected to participate in open discussion and decision-making on items affecting the real estate community. Directors are highly encouraged to attend and participate on Association committees, Association Membership meetings, social events, leadership training, and be conversant with state and national real estate issues.
During the month of August, the Nominating Committee will conduct interviews with prospective applicants. If you are interested in applying for a Director position, please complete the Director Application and return to the Association office no later than Friday, July 30, 2010.
