Happy Fall! Here we are flying through the last quarter of the year. If you haven’t had the opportunity to stop and enjoy the outdoor scenery of the leaves changing, you should. It has been such a busy market that all of us have been thrown into having to work twice as hard and in some cases spinning our wheels trying to find a home for our buyers.

Berks County hIt has truly been an unprecedented year. For all the things we face year in and year out,
2020 has definitely been an eye-opener. Personally I have a new found appreciation for
life, family and helping others. Staying on top of the changes and direction we are going
as an Association has kept us busy.as gone into the YELLOW phase of quarantine, but we're still not out of the water just yet!
