 It’s been a crazy market since mid-June. It got so incredibly crazy that if your buyer wanted to see a house, and then buy that house…you’d have to show it the day it went into Bright. 

Berks County hIt has truly been an unprecedented year. For all the things we face year in and year out,
2020 has definitely been an eye-opener. Personally I have a new found appreciation for
life, family and helping others. Staying on top of the changes and direction we are going
as an Association has kept us busy.as gone into the YELLOW phase of quarantine, but we're still not out of the water just yet!
