This year I have had some amazing experiences at the NAR Legislative Meetings, NAR Leadership Conference, and NAR Conference. My most recent trip was to San Francisco, CA for the NAR REALTORS® Conference & Expo. You may be thinking these conferences are not for you. Actually, I had found most of the sessions I attended were designed with you in mind. There was more information for Agents, Brokers & Managers in this conference than other conferences I have attended in the past. Approximately 24,000 Realtors® from 60 countries were in attendance. Some of the highlights that stand out were topics on Social Media, Real Estate Campaigns to Keep Calls Pouring In, Creating Videos, Idea Exchange Council, Things to Know about Real Estate Investors and Staying Relevant. These were just a few you would have enjoyed.
Besides the 4 days of impressive speakers, there was some time to enjoy the city. As they say “we work hard and play hard”. That was true for this trip. I can now say I visited Fisherman’s Wharf, watched Sea Lions sunning themselves, walked the landscape of 1,000 year old Redwood trees at Muir Woods National Monument, walked across the 1.5 mile Golden Gate Bridge, toured Alcatraz Island & took part in the Realtors® Relief Climb at Oracle Park. Next year the NAR Conference & Expo will be held in New Orleans from November 13 – 16, 2020. I hope to see you there!
