Founded in 1994, the Reading-Berks Association REALTORS® Commercial & Industrial Council provides commercial real estate industry professionals with opportunities for education, connections, and collaboration.
CIC events and activities are held monthly. Non-CIC members receive one complimentary CIC event per year. Additional events are $15 each.

CIC dues for the 2026 calendar year are as follows:
- Individual Membership - $35 for the year
- Individual Membership (non R-BAR member) - $75 for the year
- Corporate Membership - $140 for the year; includes unlimited attendees from your organization
