By joining your local REALTOR® Association, you also become a member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Every time you tell the public you are a REALTOR® you tell them you subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics, you are a member of the largest trade association in the U.S., and you are informed about issues that affect real estate business. That’s a lot of mileage from one trademark!

Primary REALTOR® Memberships
New REALTOR® Application for Membership: Click on this application to join as a brand new REALTOR® member. The firm you are affiliated with must already be either a primary or secondary member and your broker must sign the form for it to be processed.
REALTOR® Transfer Application / Reactivation Form: Click on this application if you are transferring brokerages within R-BAR, transferring to R-BAR from another association, or if you escrowed your license and would like to reactivate.
New Brokerage / Designated REALTOR® Application for Membership: Click on this application to register a new brokerage and the Designated REALTOR® (Broker of Record).
Secondary REALTOR® Membership
New Secondary REALTOR® Application for Membership: Click on this application to join as a secondary member of the Association. There is a box in the middle of the application that is for secondary members to fill out. You will only be responsible for paying local dues.
New Secondary Brokerage / Secondary Designated REALTOR® Application: Click on this application if your firm is a member of another local association and the office would like to join our Association as a secondary member. There is a box in the middle of the application that is for secondary brokerages/designated REALTORS® to fill out.
Affiliate Partner Membership
Affiliate Brochure & Application: If you are a business related to the Real Estate industry such as a lender, home inspection company or title company, etc. joining our Association as an Affiliate Member has many benefits for your business. Commercial & Industrial Council (CIC) Membership
Founded in 1994, the Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS® Commercial & Industrial Council provides commercial real estate industry professionals opportunities for education, connections and collaboration.
The vision or purpose of the Council is to be a leading partner and resource for the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
