Every year Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS® chooses a member to sponsor into the Leadership Berks program. Leadership Berks is a program run through Alvernia University in conjunction with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance that serves as the premier source for developing, educating, and connecting individual, organizational, and community leaders to enhance the quality of life in the Greater Reading area. Their mission creates such an impact the R-BAR has consistently supported the program and sponsored one of our own to attend and grow in this program.
By establishing educated professional who consistently and impactfully give into the community to replenish and revitalize our programs and services, graduates are encouraged to continue what they learn and share their knowledge with their peers in order to increase the economic prosperity for our area.
We are very proud to announce that this year R-BAR was represented by Jenniffer Jimenez among the thirty-eight 2019 program graduates. Jenniffer’s years of industry experience working with her father has provided her valuable knowledge which has now been amplified with her Leadership Berks Education. As a bilingual REALTOR® Jenniffer is able to provide multi-faceted service to her clients and be an impactful volunteer both here and in the community. Jenniffer is currently a Capitol Club Investor in RPAC ($250-499.99 annual minimum), and sits on the education, government affairs, and outreach committees here at R-BAR.
Becoming more connected to the community and discovering exactly HOW to help in local non-profit organizations and community organizations is something we can all benefit from.
