REALTOR® of the YEAR Award
- Knowledgeable in the real estate industry
- Demonstrates leadership, honesty, and integrity
- High ethical principles in business conduct
- Represents the true spirit and professional REALTOR® image to the public
- Outstanding loyalty and devotion to the advancement and success of the Association
- Knowledgeable in their industry
- Demonstrates leadership, honesty, and integrity
- High ethical principles in business conduct
- Represents the true spirit and professional REALTOR® image to the public
- Outstanding loyalty and devotion to the advancement and success of the Association
- Contributes their time and talents to make cultural, social or economic enhancements to Berks County
- Gives home-buyers an even better reason to live in Berks County
- Helps to make Berks County a great place in which to work and live
- Demonstrates leadership and commitment to Berks County
- High principles and high ethical standards in the conduct of all aspects of business and personal relationships
- Outstanding loyalty and devotion to the advancement and success of Berks County.
Municipal Official of the Year
- An elected or appointed municipal official in Berks County
- Advocates for both the real estate community and the citizens of their municipality
- Help the real estate industry and their local community
- Advances REALTOR® local legislative policies, and exemplifies effective governance.
- Actively serves within Berks County at the time of presentation.
