The summer of 2021 has seen record sales prices and housing demand across the region. As we look to the fall market, Bright released several updates in recent months to help you serve and connect with buyers and sellers in your area.
- Last month, we introduced a new process for entering listings in Bright. The new Listing Assistant feature allows you to easily compare and populate fields using existing information from the tax record as well as past listings for the property. This information helps make your listings more searchable for potential buyers and can save you time by completing up to 80% of required fields prior to the full edit screen.
- Based on your requests and feedback, we added several updates and new features to Bright Search this summer, making it easier for you to find that perfect property for your buyers. The Map Search is now larger and fills the width of your screen, and includes new features like search by intersection, listing status, and Drive Time based on the day of the week. There is also a new option for accessing Recent Searches and more user-friendly icons, help tips, and MLS Settings.
- Want an easy, visual way to show what’s happening in your local market? The Bright MLS T3 Home Demand Index is now easier to share across CMAs, listing presentations, blogs, websites, and social media. Download individual sections of the reports to send to your clients, or use the embed code to post dynamic content directly to your channels.
